Ingredients:
250g of hardbody chicken breast
60g of spinach
1/2 Brown Onion
soft rye bread
cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Himalayan salt
Hard body prep:
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 stock cubes
Himalayan salt
2 Fresh chillies
1 brown onion
Instructions:
• Boil for 2-3 hours on medium-high heat until the chicken is soft.
• Shred the pre-cooked hardbody chicken breast in a bowl.
• Add olive oil and sautee onions in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes until soft.
• Add the shredded chicken with chilli powder, add 60ml of the water the chicken was boiled in to give some sauce and set aside.
•Toast the rye bread, add spinach, top with chicken, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and serve.
